The Woodbury Post 501 make the most of 10 hits in 7-3 victory over the Forest Lake Post 225

Delano, MN - The Woodbury Post 501  and the Forest Lake Post 225  each put runners in scoring position on Monday, but the Woodbury Post 501 capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 7-3 win at Delano Municipal Baseball Park.

The Woodbury Post 501 were led by Sebastian Holte-Mancera's hitting. Holte-Mancera went 3-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the second and fifth innings.

Jake Schmitz went a perfect 4-4 at the plate for the Forest Lake Post 225. He singled in the third, fifth, and seventh innings.

Logan Welch got the win, allowing three runs over eight innings. He struck out five, walked one and surrendered 12 hits.

Cameron Kline  took the loss for the Forest Lake Post 225. He allowed six runs in 1 1/3 innings, walked one and struck out two.
